Jen Lehman is a Coldwell Banker real estate broker and developer, specializing in Evanston, Chicagoland and the Northshore. Jen has extensive experience in corporate marketing & communications. Developing a deep understanding of her client's needs, applying the right strategies, and managing the execution thru strong project management skills led to a successful career. During her tenure, she was a consultant on the design, build and launch of 50+ customer centers globally with a focus on space planning, design trends and branding application to create an impactful customer experience.

In her personal life, Jen bought, renovated, and sold 4 homes in Chicago and Evanston. Her space needs had evolved as she got married, expanded her family and started working from home. Finding the right neighborhood, and home with the potential to meet each of these life transitions sparked her passion for real estate development and built the foundation for her knowledgebase on home renovation.

In 2020 Jen combined her professional experience with her personal passion and made a career transition to Real Estate and Coldwell Banker.
